As an Employer (Project Owner), how do I go about using your website? |
|
Posting your project with ProjectAnswer.com is completely free. We have advanced tools to help you describe your project.
After posting your project, freelancers will bid on your project. You only pay when you find a bid that your are satisfied. You may also select a
PowerBid from a freelancer for free.
You may register as a Project Owner and start posting Projects immediately. Or you may search our pool of
Freelancers for one with the skills you need.

As a Freelancer, how do I go about using your website? |
|
Freelancers may bid on any project they feel they are qualified to complete. In addition,
they may also make a PowerBid (for a small fee). A PowerBid shows the employer that you feel very strongly that you are the
right candidate for the job. Also, by posting a PowerBid, the employer may select your bid for free. This gives your bid preference
to the employer when they select the winning bid.
You may register as a Freelancer to start
bidding on projects immediately. Or you may search for projects at any time.

A PowerBid shows the employer that you are confident that your skills and ability are especially
well suited to their project. Your PowerBid will be presented to the Employer ahead of other regular bids. And because
the employer doesn't have to pay a fee to select your bid, your bid is more likely to be chosen.

How does the bid selection process work? |
|
Employers are fee to select any bid they feel matches their needs. If
it is not a PowerBid, then the employer must pay a small fee to be given the Freelancer's contact information.
PowerBids may be selected for free, and the employer will get instant access to contact information for the Freelander.
Because of this, all bids must not contain any kind of contact information. We will silently delete any bid that is determined
to contain contact information. In addition, repeated violations will result in your account being cancelled.
