| Project Owners post their Project |
 Project Owners can post their project with us for Free. Their Project is then available to be bid on by Freelancers.
 The owner may review all the bids, send a message within the website
to the freelancer, and read their replies. Based on all the information from all the bids, the Owner may then select a Bid.
 There is a one-time finder's fee for getting access to the
Contact Information for the Freelancer. To do this, the Project Owner purchases Contact Credits. One contact credit entitles
the Owner to contact a single Freelancer based on their Bid. But there's a way that even this can be free. Keep reading...

| Freelancers can search for and bid on Projects |
Freelancers can search for Projects by keywords, skills and geographic location.
They may place a Bid on any project they feel they have the skills to complete. Placing a regular Bid is completely free.
But if the Freelancer feels they are an excellent match for the project, they may express this confidence to the Owner by
upgrading their Bid to a PowerBid. This is done by purchasing PowerBid Credits. One PowerBid credit entitles the
Freelancer to upgrade a single Bid to a PowerBid. A PowerBid will appear on the top of the list of Bids when the
Owner reviews their Bids.
Also, an Owner may contact the Freelancer who made a PowerBid without having to pay the
contact fee. So by upgrading a Bid to a PowerBid, you are showing the Owner that you are so confident in your
ability to do the project well that you are putting your money where your mouth is and giving them the ability to
select your bid for free.

Project Owners may also search for Freelancers by skills and keywords.
They may then post their project and send a message
to the Freelancer about the project they just posted, inviting a Bid from the Freelancer on the Project.
This lets the Project Owner
take the initiative in finding a good Freelancer.
